The year was 2019. The weather, sweltering. The warring sides, Mom v.s. Carson.
I don't want to nap. No one can make me nap. But Mom, she is a fierce opponent. I have thrown everything I can think at her, spitting out pacifiers, escaping swaddles, and even sounding like I've stopped breathing because of all the crying, to no avail. She still has strapped me into this swing, its a form of torture. Going back and forth, back and forth, its maddening I tell you, MADDENING! I have to continue to fight, for babies everywhere. To show them that they can resist, resist the urge to nap!
Don't believe their lies, napping is not good for you. You close your eyes one minute, then when you open them, your world has changed. All of your toys have mysteriously gone, the bottles showing your bountiful feast have vanished, even mom looks different, clean almost...Its witchcraft!!!
I will not succumb to it, I will fight till the very end! No matter how heavy my eyelids are, no matter how peaceful the music is, and no matter how snuggly Mom is! I...MUST...FIGHT......
Update: Mom has won this battle, BUT NOT THE WAR!
Hahaha I love this...the diaries of the nap battle is so funny 😂
